Sorry, WordPress, it’s been a great run — but I will not be party to you supporting untrue content (see the related article from the New York Times, below). Effective immediately, I am shutting down this site and will be taking my business elsewhere. I will leave this page posted and have removed the remainder of my original content.
Leonard Pozner, whose 6-year-old son was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School, has tried to get websites to delete posts alleging that the massacre was a hoax. His efforts have been stopped short by Automattic, the operator of WordPress.com, which says “untrue content is not banned.”
